We had a wonderful family stay. The hotel’s location on Montevideo's waterfront was perfect for strolls and enjoying the beach. The corner suite provided breathtaking views, and the spaciousness was ideal for us. Breakfast was a treat with plenty of choices.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast service needs improvement.

Our group vacation was fantastic! The location is perfect, just a stroll from Playa Pocitos and the vibrant rambla. The service was friendly and responsive, and our top floor room had amazing views. Don't miss breakfast—it's excellent! I can't recommend this place enough for a memorable time with friends!
The heating system was a bit odd. it randomly became very hot at night, which disrupted our sleep.

Loved the stunning views from my corner suite! Plus, I borrowed a bike to explore the gorgeous coastline—who knew pedaling could be so fun? Just a stone's throw from amazing restaurants too!
But dear, the lift was slower than my tea to brew. I could've knit a sweater waiting for it!

The hotel is ideally located near the river and shopping center, making it easy to explore the area. The spacious Superior Double Room offered a fantastic river view, enhancing the entire experience. Staff at the reception were welcoming and accommodating, always eager to assist with any requests. However, the communication and responsiveness of the restaurant staff were lacking, and the breakfast selection was limited compared to expectations.

The hotel boasts a prime location in Punta Carretas, perfect for those wanting to explore nice restaurants and shopping spots, all within walking distance. The views of the Rio de La Plata from the rooms are striking, making it an inviting place for a relaxing stay.
This establishment shows its age, with various maintenance issues like a musty smell and old furnishings. The air conditioning struggled, leaving the room either freezing or stuffy, and the gym is cramped without enough equipment for anyone serious about working out. The swimming pool requires a reservation that only allows an hour per room, which feels inconvenient. Lastly, breakfast can be quite crowded on weekends, often leading to a wait for a table.
